In podcast 77 you mentioned how awesome WG5 Mordekainen’s Fantastic Adventure was. I’ve recently been searching for it for I’ve never had a chance to play it.

My question, have you played WG6 Isle of the Ape and how does it compare to WG5?

John

2)Hi RFI hosts,

Have any of you ever adventured in Lankhmar, City of Adventure? This was a wonderful resource book that was used in an adventuring group I was in back in the early 1990’s.
I hope you would consider doing a show segment about it and the places to go, people to meet, things to do. The best place there was the Rat’s nest as well as running into the infamous thieves and assassins guild that controlled the city!

Thanks,
DM Dan

3)Wicked podcast guys!! Your personalities remind me of some of the guys I used to play with back in the day. You should get a chick on the show, at least for one episode to recount her first dealings with RPGs and gamers! I know you have at least ONE who could recount her old school gaming experience! Anyway, just a thought. I started listening to your podcast with the Planes issue, a favorite adventure basis of mine for a long time. I think you should have (or maybe do another episode) on how much deeper you can get on the planes using Planescape source material (not necessarily the 2e rules..just the setting, of which there is MUCH). For me, in 1e, and before Planescape, my favorite outer planar adventures would be Norse or Greek mythology plots, which could easily be supported on such planes as Olympus and Gladseim, not to mention the Blood War or even Angel/Devil intrigue. Of course this all sounds like some high level adventuring, but you could always pepper your Prime Material adventure with some outer planar proxy wars. Anyway, can’t wait to listen to some more shows. Keep up the good work! LIKE A D6… (www.youtube.com/watch?v=54VJWHL2K3I) if you haven’t seen this already…
