iPhone app: Spellbook?

That’s right folks, you heard me! Spell Book is a handheld reference for players of classic tabletop fantasy roleplaying games like Swords & Wizardry, Labyrinth Lord, or original edition D&D.

Browse spells by name, class, and level. Save your favorite spells for quick reference during your game. This app is awesome, it a quick and handy guide for finding spells, sorting them by name, class and even level. The best part is, you can make your own “save” list that your character will be using as spells for the day. Which in short means, awesome personalized spellbook!

I think this app is perfect for the younger gamer generation that loves using tech in their game, but doesn’t want too be distracted. What’s really fun is that if goes where you go, and if you are bored, just pop out the phone, and browse the spells to plan out your next big quest. Fun all around, 5 Stars.

Are casting time and components listed? I was under the impression that S&W and LL were basic DnD games.

They are Arrows… I was just spreading the news about the app. Hoping it would inspire someone to design a 1E one 🙂
